This policy explains what information air.build collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

In short: You can browse air.build without creating an account. We collect your email only when you choose to join the waiting list, together with limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Overview

air.build is operated by Yellow Plus Inc. ("air.build," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the air.build website, its public pages and search tools, and the waiting-list form.

By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described below. Your use of air.build is also governed by our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not submit personal information through air.build.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join the waiting list, we collect:

  • Email address, so we can keep your place on the list and contact you about air.build.
  • Submission time, so we can maintain and administer the list.
  • Browser or device information contained in the user-agent sent with your request.
  • Country or region associated with the request, as provided by our hosting platform. We do not request precise location data.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process standard request and diagnostic data such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser headers, and security or performance logs. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain reliability.

Cookies and analytics

air.build does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party behavioral analytics. Our infrastructure provider may use strictly necessary technologies to provide security and network functionality.

Information we do not ask for

The site does not currently require a user account, payment information, contacts, photos, files, code, health information, or precise location. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the waiting-list form.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • maintain the waiting list and send relevant product or launch updates;
  • operate, secure, debug, and improve air.build;
  • detect spam, fraud, misuse, or technical problems;
  • respond to questions, privacy requests, or legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.

Where applicable, we rely on your consent to send waiting-list updates and on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site. You may withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to remove your email.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose limited information in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Cloudflare provides website hosting, network security, and waiting-list storage on our behalf. You can review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Data retention

Waiting-list records are kept while they are needed to administer the list, communicate about air.build, or meet legal and security obligations. If you ask us to remove your email, we will delete or anonymize the associated waiting-list record within a reasonable period unless we need to retain limited information for legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Technical logs are retained according to operational need and our service providers' retention settings. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request.

You may also unsubscribe from waiting-list messages using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out required for the site's current practices.

We may need to verify your request before completing it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may ask for proof of authorization.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

air.build is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

International transfers

air.build and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as air.build changes. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
