Is AirFeedback free?
Yes. Join AirBuild and AirFeedback is free in every project.
Does fixing feedback use tokens?
Yes. AirFeedback is free, but when the AI works on a fix it uses your account’s tokens, as any other task does. If you bring your own API key (BYOK), it uses that key’s tokens.
How does the AI add it?
AirBuild’s AI has an AirFeedback skill. It follows it to add the form to your app, connect it to your project and test it in the Simulator, and later to read what people send.
Does my app need an SDK?
No. The AI adds one Swift file. No package, no Info.plist entry.
Does the AI ship fixes on its own?
No. The AI fixes and builds; what goes out to your users is always your call.
Can my teammates see the feedback?
Each project, one per app, has one AirFeedback, and everyone on the team can read it. To let someone else in, invite them to your team.
What do I learn about who sent it?
No name and no email. Nobody signs in to send it, and the form doesn't ask. What arrives is the message, the screenshots the person chose, and the app version and device. To block spam, AirFeedback also keeps a scrambled form of the sender's network address.
Which apps does it work with?
iPhone and iPad apps built in AirBuild, on iOS 17 or later.
Do I need an Apple Developer account?
No. AirFeedback works from the first build in the Simulator, before you connect App Store Connect.
Can it do more than this?
Ask the AI. AirFeedback is a simple API underneath, so the AI can build on top of it: your own feedback screen, a weekly roundup of what people said, or whatever else you need.
